Tencent Cloud open-sourced TeamAI on October 10 under MIT, distributing team Skills, rules, configs, and docs to 16 mainstream Agents via Git, integrated with the ClawPro agent management platform.
Tencent Cloud open-sourced its internal team AI collaboration tool TeamAI on October 10 under the MIT license on GitHub. The repository Tencent/teamai-cli has accumulated roughly 5,300 stars, 400+ forks, and 1,000+ commits in days. Built on Git, TeamAI unifies team Skills, rules, tool configurations, documentation, and project knowledge under version control with branches and merge requests, and uses a session-start Hook to pull the latest state into local agents so one configuration serves the whole team. The release supports 17 mainstream AI coding tools including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot CLI, CodeBuddy, WorkBuddy, OpenCode, Qoder, Kiro, Trae, Pi Coding Agent, Hermes, DeepSeek Harness, Oh My Pi, JoyCode, Trae CN, and OpenClaw. Tencent reports a 6.1 percent lift on low-cost model scores and a 76 percent drop in model invocation costs on 13 internal R and D tasks. TeamAI is already integrated into Tencent Cloud's ClawPro agent management platform, where administrators manage Skills, MCP, model configs, and learnings from a central dashboard and dispatch them to every connected agent.
