Industrial registry filings disclosed on September 24 show that Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed a registered capital change, increasing from 2.2385 million yuan to 11.5753 million yuan, a 417.09% increase. Moonshot was founded in April 2023 with Yang Zhilin as legal representative. Current shareholders include Yang Zhilin, Shenzhen Hexie Growth Phase III Sci-Tech Development Equity Investment Fund LP, Zhou Xinyu, and others.
Such a sharp capital increase is typically the commercial registration signal following completion of a new equity round. Moonshot has been pursuing Hong Kong IPO preparation over multiple rounds, and observers are watching the red-chip structure buildup closely. The capital change is read as one of the signs that listing preparation is accelerating.
