Mistral launches EU and US regional endpoints with SLA-backed Priority Tier

Mistral AI launched regional inference endpoints in Europe and the US on Aug 12. Customers can send requests to api.eu.mistral.ai or api.us.mistral.ai to keep inference data in-region; control plane data may still be outside the selected region. Mistral also opened a public preview of Priority Tier with SLA guarantees, and announced a European Compute Coalition with ASML, CMA CGM, Amadeus and Caisse des Depots targeting 200MW by 2027 and 1GW by 2030.
