Honeyjar debuted at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 as part of Startup Battlefield 200 on October 12, launching its AI PR and communications product. The company is co-founded by Michelle Masek, formerly SVP of marketing and communications at Obvious Ventures, and seasoned PR executive Nadia Jamshidi, both with decades of industry experience. Honeyjar aims to scale top-tier PR expertise and judgment to every founder and others carrying communications responsibilities. Core capabilities include automatic press release drafting, identifying the most suitable journalists, and surfacing speaking opportunities. The waitlist accumulated over 10,000 registrations within 24 hours of opening, with beta customers including Nextdoor, Coco Robotics, Bloomberg Beta, Mission North, and Full Picture. The company also launched the Comms Lab initiative to absorb judgment from other PR experts for ongoing product training. Masek emphasized that the product does not replace PR professionals and that the final send or publish action must be completed by the customer.
