Google launches Gemini 3.7 Flash three weeks after 3.6 Flash with 50% intro pricing through 2026

Google released Gemini 3.7 Flash on August 14. DeepSWE v1.1 jumped from 49.0% to 65.3% and AutomationBench from 17.0% to 30.4%. Introductory pricing through end of 2026 is half of 3.6 Flash.

Google DeepMind released Gemini 3.7 Flash on August 14, the latest Flash workhorse model in the Gemini 3 series. The release came just three weeks after Gemini 3.6 Flash. The new model is positioned for coding and agent workloads and is the most capable Flash model Google has shipped.

On DeepSWE v1.1 coding benchmark, Gemini 3.7 Flash scored 65.3%, up from 49.0%, on par with Claude Sonnet 5 and GPT-5.6 Terra. AutomationBench climbed from 17.0% to 30.4%. The model scored 1588 Elo on Arena.ai WebDev Arena, ahead of Claude Sonnet 5 and GPT-5.6 Terra. It scored 56 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, comparable to GPT-5.6 Terra and Claude Sonnet 5.

Through the end of 2026, Gemini 3.7 Flash is priced at $0.75 per million input tokens and $3.75 per million output tokens, half the original 3.6 Flash pricing. Starting January 1, 2027, prices revert to $1.50 and $7.50 respectively per million tokens.

Gemini Spark, Google's personal AI agent, has switched to Gemini 3.7 Flash and now has stronger multi-step task execution across Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs. The model is available to developers and enterprises through the Gemini API, Google AI Studio, Android Studio, Google Antigravity, and the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
