Anthropic releases Claude Opus 4.5, setting a new bar for coding and agents

Anthropic released Claude Opus 4.5 on November 24, 2025, its smartest model at the time and a meaningful step forward across coding, agents, computer use and enterprise workflows. Opus 4.5 set the stage for later Opus 4.6 and 4.7 iterations. It shipped across Claude products and on Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry, in the Opus family's $5/$25 per million token range.
