Anthropic may file S-1 as early as Friday targeting roughly $2T valuation

Cailian Press reported on October 22, citing people familiar with the matter, that Anthropic may publicly file an S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as early as this Friday. The raise is described as up to about $100 billion at a valuation of $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion.
On financials, third quarter revenue was about $16.8 billion, up 46% year over year, with first half revenue near $16.3 billion and a first half net loss of roughly $80.7 billion. The Series H closed in May valued the company near $965 billion. Priced at $2 trillion, Anthropic would list above SpaceX, which went public in June this year.
